In 1991, the Pałac Piotrówek was privatized, and it remained in a state of disrepair for years to come.

Year 2000

 

In 2000, Gola Castle, near Piotrówek, began a restoration process that motivated renewed efforts to preserve heritage in the region.

Year 2013

 

In 2013, Gola Castle reopened as a luxury hotel, cementing a successful restaurant model in the region.

Year 2018

 

Since 2018, plans for the restoration of several palaces have been proposed, boosting interest in the restoration of the Pałac Piotrówek.
